Those crazy Pittsburgh folks have a funny way of spelling bologna. It reminds me of another sign I once saw in Pennsylvania advertising fresh cantaloupes on the side of the road. It said "Home Groan Lopes" - I thought it was clever until after eating one I realized the severe intestinal discomfort implied by the spelling of the word "grown".
